SHIPPING

The customer can choose to receive delivery of the purchased Product at his/her residence or domicile, at his/her place of work, at the private address of a person he/she trusts, whose residence or domicile is located within the Italian territory. All purchases are delivered by DHL courier, or Pony Express service in certain areas of the city of Milan.

Delivery of the goods requires the presence of the customer or a person appointed by him at the address specified in the order.

In the event that the customer has chosen a DHL courier service, it will be necessary to indicate a telephone number and email address so that the delivery can be personalised. Customs costs are charged to the customer depending on the country.

Shipping information
Delivery to private individuals:

  • Name of recipient;
  • Name on the bell, if different from the recipient's name.
    E.g.: Mario Rossi (name on doorbell)
  • street/square, house number, postcode, municipality, province.

Delivery to shops, businesses, private offices or any workplace:

  • Name of recipient;
  • Full name of business.
    ES: Mario Rossi c/o XYZ Pharmacy
  • street/square, house number, postcode, municipality, province.

The absence or inaccuracy of even just one of the above-mentioned data may compromise the outcome of the shipment or lead to delays. Tità Bijoux shall not be responsible for the non-receipt of the parcel if the data relating to the consignee are omitted, even partially, or are incorrect. In the event of non-delivery of the order for the above-mentioned reasons, it shall be the customer's responsibility to promptly inform Tità Bijoux, who shall in turn contact the company chosen for the shipment to receive information on the reasons for the non-delivery and the order. Should it be necessary, for the above-mentioned reasons, to send the goods again, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and it will not be possible to request a refund of the value of the order placed. For this reason, we invite customers to verify the completeness and accuracy of the above data provided to the seller.

Shipping times
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays, within 10 working days following confirmation and payment of the order. Some items, being handmade accessories, may take up to 15 days for delivery. In the case of GIFTS, we recommend that you contact us to find out the timeframe for your chosen product.

If it should become apparent that it is impossible to deliver the ordered goods within the foreseen time, due to the unexpected unavailability, even temporary, of the product, the representatives of Tità Biojoux shall promptly contact the Customer.

Costs
For purchases with delivery within Italy the shipping costs are 8,00 € with DHL.
International shipping from 20,00 €.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout according to the data provided.

Free shipping by courier for orders over €120.00 in Italy /€200.00 in Europe / €300.00 in the rest of the world!

In the case of gifts, always write in the notes if you are buying several items so that you can make separate gift packages.

RETURN

It is possible to exchange items, even once received and in accordance with the terms of the law (Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2001), within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Cash returns are only permitted if the item has never been worn and shows no signs of wear.
In this case the return and new shipping will be charged to the customer. It will not be possible to make exchanges, returns or replacements when the purchase is made with promotional codes. Refunds or exchanges cannot be requested on customised orders. In cases where the company Tità Bijoux will grant a refund this will only be done through a purchase voucher. In the event that Tità Bijoux grants a refund, the shipping costs and taxes will be deducted if the payment was made through this portal.

To request a return, the customer must contact Tità Bijoux at info@titabijoux.com within 14 days from the date of purchase, specifying the order number, the product and the reason.

Items made of 925 silver and gold-plated brass are subject to deterioration if placed in direct contact with perfume, cream, swimming pool water, sea water, alcohol, or any other corrosive liquid.
The plating is also likely to fade over time as it deteriorates with rubbing against the skin.
Alteration due to incorrect and non-advised use of the item cannot be subject to replacement and return.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE USE OF JEWELLERY

Tità Bijoux recommends avoiding direct contact of jewellery with cosmetics, perfumes, hair sprays and corrosive or solvent-based detergents. We also advise against using the accessories in the swimming pool due to the high content of chlorine and sanitizers that would oxidize the jewellery. Prolonged use at sea is not recommended.
